Essential starts at a single device on a 12-month agreement, payable monthly or yearly in full. Any plan may include a one-time onboarding fee, which covers documentation, agent deployment, and initial clean-up; we quote it up front.
Yes. Managed services contracts are available across the US as remote-only support. On-site visits are limited to our service area (roughly two hours from New Milford, CT).
Licenses are billed at cost or through your existing subscription; administration of them is included in the Business plan. For nonprofits, we help you apply for Microsoft's nonprofit grants and discounted licensing.
Yes, and there's a dedicated discounted plan for registered 501(c)(3) organizations (1–50 devices). We're familiar with how nonprofits run: volunteer-managed devices, donor and member data, grant-funded budgets, and Microsoft 365 nonprofit licensing. We work with every kind of small organization; nonprofits are one we know well.
