Partly. We won't repair liquid-damaged devices; corrosion makes them unreliable and it's a liability we decline. What we can do is attempt to retrieve your files from the drive and move them to a replacement PC, as long as the drive itself is still readable.
Anywhere within about two hours of New Milford, CT — all of Connecticut, Westchester and the Hudson Valley (as far as Campbell Hall, NY), western Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and northern New Jersey. Use the ZIP checker on our contact page to confirm.
Software only: setup, troubleshooting, data transfers, and backups. We don't do Mac hardware repair or part replacement — Apple is the right call for that.
If a PC fails, we can usually retrieve your files from the drive and move them to a new machine, as long as the drive is still readable (and, if it's encrypted, the recovery key is available in your Microsoft account). We don't offer clean-room or forensic recovery for physically damaged drives.
Remote support is often same-day. On-site visits are booked within a couple of days of your call; because we're owner-operated, weekday visits run 5–8pm, with daytime visits routed on Saturdays.
